'TRX suspension training is one of my favorite formats for strength training, cardio, and even flexibility work.  This 15 minute workout will utilize the TRX to give you a hard core, intense, full body workout even if you don\'t have much time.  TRX has the added advantage of being convenient, portable, and accessible and allows you a great travel workout without having to go to a gym.
