'Happy Monday team! Here is today\'s at home workout . All you need is you and a mat. There are 3 groups of 4 exercises. You will start with the first exercise, doing 10 reps, then do the first & second exercise doing 10 reps, and so on. Once you have completed the first 4 exercises, move onto the next. 1. Commands - Bird Dogs - Push Ups - Sitouts 2. Burpee Squat Jumps Fwd/Back - Plank Rotations - Pulsing Squats - Fwd & Rev Lunges all right then all Left 3. Donkey Kicks - Slow Mt.
