'Fitness with Mr Red (Lockdown Wellbeing)'

'It\'s important to stay active, especially during a time such as lockdown where you don\'t have recess or lunch to play with your friends at school. Staying active helps keep your body healthy and helps keep your mind healthy. When you exercise it can help release negative emotions you may be carrying. We are doing pushups, situps and squats. We are doing 10 repetitions (10 times), resting for 30 seconds. Once you completed 10 reps and rested, that counts as a set. Altogether we are doing 3 sets of each exercise! It\'s gonna be fun!'
