'Hello,  These Zoodles / courgetti ( zucchini noodles/ courgette spaghetti) recipes are vegetarian and vegan.   It is easy and quick to make as a light meal or a side dish.  It has fewer carbs than normal noodles making it naturally healthier.   If you want to learn how to make vegan noodles/ spaghetti watch the whole video.   I used a spiralizer to spiralize zucchini but there are other ways of turning them into noodles.  I have made 2 simple spaghetti\' recipes one with pesto and the other with tomato sauce both recipes i show are raw but there is no harm in cooking it if you prefer to do so.
