'Seated Good Morning Exercise (a.k.a Pancakes)'

'The seated good morning exercise (also known as pancakes) can be a great exercise to build strength in your hamstrings and paraspinals. This exercise is great for tight hips and tight low backs when done properly and programmed accordingly. Some will find the mobility aspect of this exercise very challenging. Others will find the strength aspect of the good morning exercise to be challenging. As result, always start at your current level of capabilities. Which might mean not even using a barbell for beginners.'
