These full body exercises will specifically strengthen the relationship between your lats, glutes and obliques which is ideal for runners. In addition, these athletic movements will train balance and coordination, while raising your heart rate and challenging your cardio.  Resistance bands are great for functional training because it mimics the elasticity of your muscles. Use these band exercises to improve back and glutes strength.
