'This challenge consists of 15 exercises and no rest period. The challenge is to complete the exercises as quickly as you can because you are working against the clock. Day 1 you need to complete the exercises in the best time you can, day 2 you rest, day 3 you complete the exercises and try to beat day 1, day 4 you rest and on the final day you need to complete the challenge with your best time overal. You should get stronger and faster, but remember to eat plenty of food and lots of water before doing your challenge. Let’s see what times you achieve!
