'This is day one for us doing weight training. Prior to this, for the whole month of August I was doing a hour on the treadmill 4 to 5 times a week. I skipped to week 4 of LL\'s workout plan because it was a little to easy for me. Being that this isn\'t my first time attempting to do this routine I knew where I wanted to start.'
