'The ExCITE Program: Resistance Band Exercises Pt.2'

'The Exercise and Cancer Integrative Therapy Education Program (ExCITE) brings you this segment of gentle at-home exercises for cancer patients, survivors, and others just beginning an exercise program. Dr. Dennis Kerrigan, PhD, chair of Henry Ford\'s ExCITE Program, and Catherine Sanders, a cancer survivor, demonstrate. To learn more about the ExCITE program and how exercising before and after cancer treatment can reduce negative side effects, visit https://www.henryford.com/services/cancer/support/excite. Please remember to check with your health care provider prior to starting a new exercise program. Discontinue exercise if you experience any abnormal response such as pain or shortness of breath. If you have an injury or chronic condition, you may need to alter certain exercises.'
