'Combat Conditioning: MMA/military training for the combat athlete'

'Vactive is focused on the performance and training of the combat and tactical athlete. MMA workouts, military workouts strength and functional training wrapped into one! At times normal strength or hypertrophy training is inadequate to address the specialized performance needs of these athletes. However many combat athletes fail to properly implement effective training until later in their careers due to a number of factors. Here you will see a general full body workout comprised of: Dynamic stretching/mobility: -Single leg hip flexor stretch with reach 1x10 ea leg -Single leg thoracic rotation 1x 10 ea side -Prone alternating leg lumbar rotation 1x 10 ea leg -Greatest stretch 1 x 5 ea side Plyometric: -Med ball push-ups 3x10 -KB kneeling pop up 3x10 Strength: -Incline machine press (3x10 single arm) (1x fail both arms)  -Rope pull up (train grip)  3x8-10 -Renegade row 3x10 (5ea side) -KB overhead sit up 3x8 ea side -Hanging leg raise 3x10 -DB lunge with curl 3x8 ea side Agility: -Speed ladder 5 min (cross over x 5, lateral steps x 5, Icky shuffle x 5)   MUSIC: (I do not own any rights to the music please contact to remove) SNAILS x Antiserum - Wild Chief Keef - Love Sosa (RL Grime Remix)'
