Make zoodles (zucchini pasta) with spiralizer. 2. In a food processor, blend together 1 avocado, 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper, to taste. 3. Saute zoodles with a splash of olive oil over medium heat until slightly soft for 3 minutes. Drain excess water. 4.
