'Nuffield Health ambassador Judy Murray, joins clinical fitness specialist Olivia Tyler to discuss the most recent findings from our Healthier Nation Index. The annual survey revealed that almost half of all women haven’t managed to do any vigorous exercise in the last 12 months, citing time, motivation and not knowing what to do as three of the top barriers.
