'PF Trainer Adrienne has a Full-Body Workout for Everyone'

'PF Trainer Adrienne is waiting for you in the 30-Minute Circuit, where you can get a full-body workout in just...30 minutes. You can start at any machine you want, but just be sure to go in order to get that full-body experience. If you’re doing this workout at home, Adrienne will be providing modifications when needed. This workout was designed for all fitness levels, so feel free to go at your own pace if necessary.  To warm up, Adrienne will have you doing arm circles, side reaches, and hip rotations. Once you’re through that, you’ll be doing simple exercises like the tricep press, high knees with shoulder raises, butt kickers, and more. How are you feeling?
