In any case, it will NOT be best for you because you wont keep it up more than a month or two. Instead find a workout that you find FUN, because then you will look for excuses to do it rather than looking for excuses to skip it. If you can\'t find any workout you enjoy then working out is not for you, find something else to do. One thing I *should* have said is that if someone suffers from DEPRESSION then that invalidates everything I say in this video. People who are depressed often do not love doing anything, in fact, sometimes just getting out of bed takes all their discipline and energy. For these people, its important that they force themselves to workout despite not loving it because of the mood enhancing effects of exercise. You know those out of shape middle age men who have to tell everyone how much they used to bench press? THEY thought discipline was the key to fitness.'
