'Today\'s workout is a sweaty full body routine which requires no equipment and a small space to move in! Our workout is going to challenge our mobility and revisit some moves that we find challenging (but with a twist!). You can increase the intensity by moving more quickly or decrease it by scaling the movement back. Pair this workout with one of the Workouts from our glutes and legs playlists to give yourself a great sweat.
