'Train with SNAP: Dynamic Chest Workout'

'Sick of the same chest workouts? Add these three dynamic moves to your routine!  Warm-Up  Supine Chest Press with Bands Perform three sets of 12 reps at comfortable weight.  Triple Drop Set on Incline Bench 12 reps per drop, three sets. One minute rest between each full set. Using three sets of dumbbells start with the heaviest and perform 12 reps. Drop the heavy weights and pick up the next set of dumbbells (10-20 lbs less than heavy weights) and perform 12 reps. For the third set repeat by dropping the current set and pick up the final pair of dumbbells (10-20 lbs less than mid weights) and perform 12 reps. Rest one minute and repeat set through two more times.  Push Up Ladder Perform three sets to fail on each level, starting on the floor, raising to the bar, and finally raising the bar two notches for the final set.
