'15 MINUTE WATER BOTTLE WORKOUT Here\'s a fun and challenging upper body workout that will tone your arms and build a strong core whilst working your lower body. The best bit, you only need two water bottles! This is perfect for anyone who doesn\'t have access to weights and will work just as well if you use dumbells. I\'m using two 2 litre bottles of water which equates to about 2kg per bottle. Follow along as I guide you through this workout with previews of each exercise so you know exactly what\'s coming next.
